St. Benedict's Episcopal School has named Dr. Caroline Diaz its School Program Director

St. Benedict's Episcopal School (STBS) has named Dr. Caroline Diaz its School Program Director. In her new role beginning October 20, 2022, Dr. Diaz will oversee school programming related to activities both during the day and after-school.


“The national search process for this position has produced a wonderfully talented administrator to add to the leadership team,” stated STBS Head of School Father Brian Sullivan. “It is clear she has a passion for children and understands the importance of extra programming to enhance the student experience and take it to the next level. We are very happy to welcome Dr. Diaz to St. B’s.”

Over the past 20 years, Dr. Caroline Diaz has served in various senior-level roles, contributing her diverse skill set and expertise in early childhood education. With her deep passion for educational leadership, STBS plans for this newly developed role to help further advance the mission of STBS.


Before joining STBS, Caroline served as the Director of Preschool and Head of Extended Play Programs at Mount Vernon School. Prior to that, she served as Director of the Preschool and Early Learning Center at The Westminster Schools as well as the Supervisor for their After School Kids Program. Prior to that, she was the Preschool Director at Peachtree Road Lutheran Preschool, in Atlanta.


Caroline holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Georgia State University. She also has a master's degree in educational leadership from Georgia College and State University. Additionally, she obtained her bachelor's and master's degrees in counseling psychology from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.


This position will serve as the point of contact for on-campus activities when the school day ends, ensuring all schedules run smoothly. This newly developed role is integral to the school's continued success, and the advancement of STBS's mission and strategic vision.
