Summer Work

Any summer work that your child does in Math and Reading will help combat the summer slide. We will be doing a lot of review the first few weeks of school.   We always encourage reading over the summer so that students can continue to improve their vocabulary and fluency! Plus, it is a great way to bond over a good book.

For our Middle School Students, we suggest that they start with math first and work on that throughout the summer. It is also recommended that they read their choice book first and then read the required novel mid-July so that it is fresh in their mind when school starts in August!
