St. Benedict's Episcopal School Appoints Tyson W. Fant as New Director of Enrollment Management

St. Benedict's Episcopal School (STBS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tyson W. Fant as the new Director of Enrollment Management beginning Monday, September 11, 2023. Tyson will also serve as a member of the senior leadership team at STBS. Tyson brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role, having demonstrated exceptional admissions and enrollment leadership in various educational and professional settings.


Tyson holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Pre-Law, from Morehouse College. His extensive experience in enrollment and admissions, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence made Tyson W. Fant the ideal choice to lead St. Benedict's Episcopal School's enrollment team.


Tyson joins the St. Benedict's community following a successful tenure at Blue Rock Search as Director of Market Research. During his career, Tyson has held several leadership positions at educational institutions. Tyson was a Professional Development Instructor/Consultant at the Legacy Changer Training Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. Tyson also brings extensive experience from Chamberlain University, where he served as the Director of Campus Operations for the Atlanta and Charlotte campuses. During his tenure, he ensured regulatory compliance, developed successful student success strategies, and was pivotal as the point of contact for various departments. At Richmont Graduate University, Tyson held the position of Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management/Director of Admissions. Tyson also served as the Senior Enrollment Officer at Pepperdine University.

In addition to his professional achievements, Tyson is actively involved in the community, serving on various advisory boards and associations, including the President's Diversity Advisory Board at Richmont Graduate University, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Morehouse College Alumni Association, and USA Archery. Tyson is married to Sorina Fant and has two children, Jolie Fant (11) and Shelby Fant (7).


With a robust skill set encompassing recruitment, sales, strategic planning, data mining, leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion development, Tyson can lead St. Benedict's Episcopal School's enrollment efforts to new heights.
