BEFORE CARE
-
Preschool 1 - Pre-K 4 students will be offered before care from 7:15 A.M. – 8:30 A.M.

Note: preschool siblings dropped off before 8:30 A.M. with an older sibling in K-8th grade must register and pay for before care.

K – 4th grade students will be offered before care from 7:15 A.M. to 7:40 A.M.
-
Note: Our staff will walk 3rd & 4th students dropped off during this time to the modular classrooms & Hive once those campuses open.

5th - 8th grade student will be offered before care from 7:15 A.M. to 7:30 A.M.
-
Note: Our staff will walk 5th - 8th grade students dropped off during this time to the South Campus once that campus opens.

5th – 8th grade students are accepted at the South Campus beginning at 7:30 A.M. for academic assistance.

Note: If you plan to drop this grade level student off at 7:30 A.M., you DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER THROUGH THIS SITE as there is no charge. Carpool for South Campus is 7:45 A.M. - 8:10 A.M.

ALL BEFORE-CARE DROP-OFFS BETWEEN 7:15 A.M. - 8:15 A.M. ARE AT THE MAIN CAMPUS STINGERS SQUAD DOOR. PRESCHOOL BEFORE-CARE DROP-OFFS BETWEEN 8:15 A.M. - 8:30 A.M. ARE AT THE COURTYARD DOOR. Both of these doors are next to the Nave and are labeled accordingly.
AFTERCARE

Preschool 1 - Pre-K 4 students will have four available pick-up time options.

Kindergarten students will have three available pick-up time options.

1st – 8th-grade students will have two available pick-up time options.

NOTE: On Fridays with early release, additional pick-up time options exist for 1st - 8th grades.
SNACKS
-
Please provide your child with an extra snack clearly labeled “Stingers Squad” each day they attend aftercare.
PRESENCE REQUIREMENT
-
Your child must be present at school at the end of their school day to attend aftercare. If your child is not present at the time their school day ends, you may not return your child to campus for aftercare.
PICK UP
-
You will download the PikMyKid app to pick up your child. When you arrive at your designated pick-up location, you will "Announce" your child via PikMyKid, and your child will be brought to you.
Aftercare Pick-Up for PRESCHOOL & KINDERGARTEN (Main Campus)

When you arrive on campus, please announce on PikMyKid, park in a reserved parking spot, and go to the Courtyard Door. This door is next to the Nave, and a large sign says Stingers Entrance.
Aftercare Pick-Up for 1st-4th GRADE (Main Campus)

On Friday OR if your child is in aftercare and you arrive before 4:15 P.M. OR after carpool is over around 4:45 P.M., park and come to the Courtyard door after announcing on PikMyKid. 2nd and 4th grade, feel free to stop at the gated entrance to the blacktop (to the right as you enter Main Campus) as those grades usually stay in that area during aftercare
If your child is in aftercare and you arrive after 4:15 P.M. or if your child is in a Club, you will need to enter the carpool line, announce on PikMyKid, and pick your child up in carpool. As long as you announce before carpool ends, you will not be billed for a late departure even if you receive your child after 4:30 P.M.
The Courtyard door is next to the Nave, and a large sign says Stingers Entrance.
As a reminder, 4th grade Stingers Squad will be on Main Campus.
Aftercare Pick-Up for 5th-8th GRADE (South Campus)

When you arrive on South Campus, please announce on PikMyKid. Follow the usual carpool route around the building and pull up at the front door.
REGISTRATION AND COMMITMENT
-
Registration must be completed twice during an academic school year: Fall Semester (August – December) and Spring Semester (January – May). You must register between November 18, 2025 and December 12, 2025 to be guaranteed a spot in the Stingers Squad program for Spring Semester 2026. There will be limited enrollment. Waitlists will be available, and we will open additional groups once the waitlist reaches the minimum number of students to support staffing another group.

Registration into the program is a commitment to utilizing Stingers Squad before and/or after-school care for the entire semester.

To ensure appropriate student/caregiver ratios, we must know the total enrollment before the semester begins. We may not be able to accommodate drop-ins.

You may select from various pick-up times daily to create the best schedule for your family. We cannot accommodate any special rates for fewer hours used. You must select from our standard pickup times.
EMERGENCY CARE
-
If you cannot pick up your student in an emergency, please email Stingers Squad at stingerssquad@stbs.org to inquire if space is available. If approved, the student may stay as late as 6:00 pm at the emergency drop-in rate of $8.25 per half hour. Drop-ins may be accommodated depending on space availability. We have the right to refuse a drop-in should we be overbooked that day.
PAYMENTS AND FEES
-
Extended care may be paid in full at registration or divided into four equal payments for the semester (monthly). Monthly payments will be drafted to the payment method on file in advance. For Fall Semester, payments will be drafted in August, September, October, and November. For Spring Semester, payments will be drafted in January, February, March, and April.

There is a $7.00 processing fee due at the time of registration.
-
Any registered student who remains after their scheduled pickup time will be charged $8.25 per half hour for the extended time.
-
If you have an emergency and need emergency care and have called or emailed ahead of time to arrange this with Stingers Squad, then the charge will be $8.25 per half hour in extended daycare.
-
Extended care closes promptly at 6:00 pm. Any registered student that is not picked up by 6:00 pm will be charged $1.00 per minute for late pickup after 6:00 pm. At 6:05 pm, an additional flat fee of $25 is also added to the $1.00 per minute charge.

If a family has 5 incidents of late pickup after 6:00 pm in a single semester, that family will be unenrolled from aftercare for the remainder of the semester.
-
A prorated refund for aftercare for the remainder of the semester will be issued.
-
Students who have been removed from aftercare will be ineligible to attend Stingers Unplugged events until the beginning of the next semester.
-
Students who have been removed from aftercare may not drop in to aftercare for the remainder of the semester. If a removed student is not picked up in carpool at their school dismissal time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged and families will be called to immediately pick up the student.

Removal from aftercare will last until the end of the current semester. The family will be eligible to reenroll in aftercare the following semester.

We understand that emergencies do happen, which could make you unable to pick up your student on time. However, please keep in mind that our staff are scheduled to leave at 6:00 pm. Any time a student remains after 6:00 pm, it places a hardship on our staff.

In the event that the school has to provide snacks, water bottles, and/or diapers/pull-ups for students who come to school without these items, families will be charged a fee to cover the cost of these items. The charge will appear on your FACTS account.
UNEXPECTED CLOSURE
-
To guarantee staff continuity, no refunds will be issued if Stingers Squad needs to close at any time for ten days or less. This will allow our students to return to the same Stingers Squad staff they had during the closure.

If Stingers Squad remains closed beyond ten consecutive business days, scheduled payments will be put on hold. If applicable, refunds will be issued at 100% for the period after the ten consecutive days to the end of the prepaid period. Refunds are issued only if the unused days exceed 30 full days (the basis for any proration).

Should Stingers Squad reopen, payments will be reactivated and prorated according to the remaining time left in the semester.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

There are no cancellations and/or refunds once before/after care begins each semester.

Once the semester has begun, one aftercare schedule change per semester is allowed without an additional charge. Afterward, regardless of the change, any additional changes will be billed a $25.00 fee per change. All change requests must be emailed to stingerssquad@stbs.org.

If you need to change your schedule, you must get written permission from the Auxiliary Programming administrative team. This allows us to guarantee appropriate student/caregiver ratios. Please note that we may not be able to immediately accommodate changes based on staffing.

No refund or credit will be given for early pick-up or unused days.
-
No unused days may be swapped for other days when your student is not registered for aftercare (for example, if your student is registered for Mondays, you cannot use a missed Monday to pay for aftercare on a Tuesday).
