AFTERSCHOOL ENRICHMENT
CLUBS AT ST. BENEDICT’S

Registration for Fall 2026 Clubs will be open from July 20 to August 5, 2026.

Late registrations will be accepted by email until August 19, 2026.​

We have a fun line-up of new clubs and old favorites to offer for Fall. Be sure to also take a look at our Athletic offerings for additional after-school activities for 4th-8th Grade students. In addition, all Kindergarten through 8th Grade students are invited to join St. Benedict’s Episcopal Church’s Children & Youth Choirs, which meet Wednesdays starting at 4:45 PM. It’s free to join!

SNACKS

  • Please provide your child with a snack for each day they attend a Club.​

TIMES & PICK-UP
 

PRESCHOOL CLUBS: 1:10 P.M. – 2:10 P.M.

  • Park in the reserved parking spaces by the Stingers Squad door and use PikMyKid to announce your arrival.  Your child will be brought to meet you at the Courtyard Door.
     

PRESCHOOL & KINDERGARTEN CLUBS: 2:20 P.M. – 3:20 P.M.

  • Park in the reserved parking spaces by the Stingers Squad door and use PikMyKid to announce your arrival.  Your child will be brought to meet you at the Courtyard Door.
     

1st – 4th GRADE CLUBS: 3:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.

  • Please display your carpool number on your rearview mirror and follow the usual carpool route around the back of the building. Use PikMyKid to announce your arrival.
     

5th – 8th GRADE CLUBS: 3:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.

  • Please display your carpool number on your rear-view mirror and follow the usual carpool route around the back of the middle school building (South Campus) up to the front door. Use PikMyKid to announce your arrival. Your child will come out of the front door.

WAITLIST

  • If a Club is full, you may opt to join the waitlist. However, please note that typically there is very little movement in Club registrations. We recommend that you register for a backup Club if your first choice Club is waitlisted and you know that you need your student to be in a Club on a particular day.

PAYMENTS AND FEES

  • Clubs may be paid in full at registration or divided into four equal payments for the semester (monthly). Monthly payments will be drafted to the payment method on file in advance. For Fall Semester, payments will be drafted in August, September, October, and November. For Spring Semester, payments will be drafted in January, February, March, and April.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Self-registration closes on August 5, 2026. Late registrations will be accepted (via email to clubs@stbs.org) until August 19, 2026. You may cancel before registration closes for a full refund.  

  • There are no refunds or changes, including moving to other Clubs after August 19, 2026.

  • Club enrollment is assessed in early August. If a Club has not met its minimum enrollment, it will be canceled, and you will be contacted and asked to select another Club. If you choose to move to a different Club that has met its minimum enrollment, the difference in the cost of the club will be adjusted in your account. If there is not another Club you wish to move your child to, your money will be fully refunded. The decision to move to a new Club or request a refund must be made within 24 hours of the notification from Stingers Squad to allow time to prepare for the start of Clubs.

  • Contact the Stingers Squad staff at clubs@stbs.org to request changes PRIOR to the close of late registration on August 19, 2026.

  • If the school should cancel a Club for any reason, a 100% refund (or a pro-rated refund if Clubs have begun) will be given.

  • In cases of inclement weather or other school cancellations (which will result in canceling a Club), the Head of Auxiliary Programming reserves the right to require or waive a make-up Club session at another time during the semester. If a make-up session is waived, refunds may be issued to parents and payment deducted from vendors for the missed Club, at the discretion of the Head of Auxiliary Programming.

  • Club providers are allowed to miss one Club session per semester without a required make-up day.
