Preschool 1s - Pre-Kindergarten

Applications Open: October 1, 2025, in Ravenna

Application Deadline: January 20, 2026*

Preschool Age Requirements:

  • Preschool 1s: must be 1 year old by June 1, 2026

  • Preschool 2s: must be 2 years old by September 1, 2026

  • Preschool 3s: must be 3 years old by September 1, 2026

  • Pre-K: must be 4 years old by September 1, 2026

 

Kindergarten - 8th Grade

Applications Open: October 1, 2025, in Ravenna

Application Deadline: February 5, 2026*

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Use this checklist to help prepare and guide you through the application process. 

APPLICATION STEPS

The online application and all supplemental forms and registrations are accessible through Ravenna.

Step 1 — Apply

Submit your application through Ravenna. This includes a shared applicant information form, a parent questionnaire and a non-refundable $100 application fee. ​

Additional Admissions Application Requirements:​

Preschool​

  • Teacher evaluation form 

  • Admission assessments for PreK applicants will take place in January 2026. Once you submit your child's application, you will be able to register for an assessment time in Ravenna.

  • Family interview

Kindergarten - 5th Grade

  • Principal/Counselor and Teacher Evaluation Forms (Please submit forms to your current school after December 1.)

  • Report Cards: Submit a Transcript Release Authorization Form to your current school. We require a copy of your child’s Fall 2025-26 report card, 2024-25, and 2023-24 complete transcripts, and any standardized testing if applicable

  • In-House Admissions Assessment - Kindergarten and 1st grade assessments will take place on February 16, 2026.  Assessments for 2nd through 5th grade applicants will take place in conjunction with their shadow day.  Once you submit your child’s application, you will be able to register for the assessment or shadow day in Ravenna.

  • Copies of educational assessments and other relevant evaluations (when applicable.)

  

6th - 8th Grade

  • Principal/Counselor, Math and English Teacher Evaluation Forms (Please submit forms to your current school after December 1.) 

  • Report Cards: Submit a Transcript Release Authorization Form to your current school. We require a copy of your child’s Fall 2025-26 report card, 2024-25, and 2023-24 complete transcripts, and any standardized testing if applicable

  • Your child’s SSAT test scores should be submitted to us by February 12, 2026.  Register for the SSAT here. Our school code is 6340.

  • In-House Admissions Assessment - 6th through 8th-grade applicants will take place in conjunction with their shadow day.  Once you submit your child’s application, you will be able to register for the assessment or shadow day in Ravenna.

  • Copies of educational assessments and other relevant evaluations (when applicable.)

Step 2 — Notification

Applicants who have submitted their application by the due dates will receive notification on these dates:​

  • Preschool 1s through PreK 4s: February 2, 2026

  • Kindergarten - 8th Grade: April 4, 2026

Step 3 — Enrollment

Applicants who are offered admission will receive an online enrollment contract to complete.

Enrollment Requirement:

  • Complete the online enrollment contract

  • Submit a non-refundable $1,600 deposit (applied toward tuition)

Enrollment Deadlines:

  • Preschool 1s through PreK 4s: February 12, 2026

  • Kindergarten - 8th Grade: April 14, 2026
