Infant - Pre-Kindergarten

Applications Open: October 1, 2026, in Ravenna

Application Deadline: January 19, 2027*

Preschool Age Requirements:

  • Infants: must be 3 months old to start

  • Preschool 1s: must be 1 year old by September 1, 2027

  • Preschool 2s: must be 2 years old by September 1, 2027

  • Preschool 3s: must be 3 years old by September 1, 2027

  • Pre-K: must be 4 years old by September 1, 2027

 

Kindergarten - 8th Grade

Applications Open: October 1, 2026, in Ravenna

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Use this checklist to help prepare and guide you through the application process. 

APPLICATION STEPS

The online application and all supplemental forms and registrations are accessible through Ravenna.

Step 1 — Apply

Submit your application through Ravenna. This includes a shared applicant information form, a parent questionnaire and a non-refundable $100 application fee. ​

Additional Admissions Application Requirements:​

Preschool​

  • Family interview (for infants and 1-year-olds)

  • In-school observation (for 2s, 3s, and PreK Applicants)

Kindergarten - 1st Grade 

  • Teacher Evaluation Forms 

  • Report Cards: Submit a Transcript Release Authorization Form to your current school. We require a copy of your child’s Fall 2026-27 report card, 2025-26, and 2024-25 complete transcripts, and any standardized testing if applicable

  • In-House Admissions Assessment - Kindergarten and 1st grade assessments will take place with one of our admissions team members and can be scheduled directly with them.  

  • Copies of educational assessments and other relevant evaluations (when applicable.)

 

2nd - 5th Grade

  • Teacher Evaluation Forms 

  • Report Cards: Submit a Transcript Release Authorization Form to your current school. We require a copy of your child’s Fall 2026-27 report card, 2025-26, and 2024-25 complete transcripts, and any standardized testing if applicable

  • Shadow Visit and In-House Admissions Assessment - Assessments for 2nd through 5th grade applicants will take place in conjunction with an in-school shadow day visit.  

  • Copies of educational assessments and other relevant evaluations (when applicable.)

  

6th - 8th Grade

  • Principal/Counselor, Math and English Teacher Evaluation Forms (Please submit forms to your current school after December 1.) 

  • Report Cards: Submit a Transcript Release Authorization Form to your current school. We require a copy of your child’s Fall 2026-27 report card, 2025-26, and 2024-25 complete transcripts, and any standardized testing if applicable

  • In-House Admissions Assessment - 6th through 8th-grade applicants will take place in conjunction with an in-school shadow day visit.  

  • Copies of educational assessments and other relevant evaluations (when applicable.)

Step 2 — Notification

Applicants who have submitted their application by the due dates will receive notification on these dates:​

  • Infant through PreK 4s: February 1, 2027*

  • Kindergarten - 8th Grade: April 3, 2027*

*Applications received after the due dates will be reviewed based on available space.

Step 3 — Enrollment

Applicants who are offered admission will receive an online enrollment contract to complete.

Enrollment Requirement:

  • Complete the online enrollment contract

  • Submit a non-refundable $1,600 deposit (applied toward tuition)

Enrollment Deadlines:

  • Preschool 1s through PreK 4s: February 11, 2027

  • Kindergarten - 8th Grade: April 13, 2027
