St. Benedicts is looking to fill the below positions:

  • Substitute teacher for grades preschool – 8th grade 

  • Passport Kindergarten Lead position

    • Our afterschool program, Passport, is searching for an experienced, engaging and nurturing childcare provider to work with our Kindergarten age students. 

    • The lead is responsible for ensuring the program delivers enriching activities, setting the structure of the day, and communicating to the parents. 

    • The position is a 20 hour per week position from 2pm – 6pm, non-benefits eligible.

  • Passport Administrator

    • The Passport Administrator provides support in the Passport office around all duties related to the running of Passport before and after school program, during the school year. 

    • This position is the direct support for the Director of Passport and Auxiliary Programs, stepping in as needed to assist or guide processes.

    • As well, this position manages all Passport and Lunchroom staff. 

    • Summer work for this position will be around helping with Passport summer camps.

  • Director of Development​

    • Under the direction of the Head of School, Chief Officer of Finance and Strategy and leadership team, the Director of Development will lead and manage all aspects of St. Benedict’s Development program.

    • This leader must be able to think strategically and practically to implement a comprehensive and results-oriented development plan that includes traditional and innovative strategies.

    • The Director of Development will establish strategies, goals and timetables for the annual fund (“The Acorn Fund”), capital campaign and alumni giving.

    • This includes a complementary focus on prospecting and tactics to build key relationships with alumni, families,  community and foundation leaders.
