ATHLETICS
Building Character, Confidence, and Connection
At St. Benedict’s Episcopal School, athletics are more than competition. They are opportunities to grow in character, teamwork, and confidence. Students in grades five through eight participate in a variety of sports across fall, winter, and spring, guided by coaches who foster skill, resilience, and sportsmanship. From cross country, volleyball, basketball, and tennis to swimming, track and field, and flag football, every season offers a chance to thrive.
Cheer and spirit also play an important role at St. Benedict’s. Our Pep Squad encourages teams and builds school pride. With Sully the Stinger leading the way, students find belonging, joy, and the foundation for lifelong wellness and leadership.
