St. Benedict's Episcopal School's 11th Annual Fun Run was held on a bright fall morning, October 22, 2022, and was just another example of what makes this community so strong! The Annual Fun Run is one of the school's Parent Association's most celebrated and highly-attended community and fundraising events. Truly an event with something for everyone - from the Tot Trot for the littles to our first ever Adults & Alumni timed mile- this year's race was no exception.
Stinger's spirit was displayed as Cross Country team members stepped up to help our youngest runners kick off the first race. Students participated in grade-level heats of the 1-mile race, followed by the Adult 1-mile, which included St. B's Alumni for the first time.
"There is such a great feeling of community when we gather together in our tie dyed race shirts on a chilly Saturday morning, cheering and celebrating these amazing kids (and now parents) running a 1 mile race," said Race Director, Kirsten Protos. "It doesn’t get any better!"
St. Benedict's Episcopal School would like to thank all volunteers who poured their time and talents into this beloved tradition.
