On Friday, April 30, 2022, St. Benedict's Episcopal School hosted its first in-person Parent Gala and Fundraiser since 2019.
Hosted by the St. Benedict's Parent Association, each year we gather as a community to celebrate our collective achievements and support the current and future efforts of the school and its students. This year especially, we were reminded of the power of coming together as a community.
The "Night In Paris" themed event was held at Marietta Square's stunning Glover Park Brewery. Festivities included live and silent auctions, live artist portraits, a 50/50 raffle game, delicious food, cocktails, and so much more.
With the support of our community, we were able to not only reach our original goal of $10,000 but surpass it! We're still tallying the final results, but we're elated to share that you helped us raise nearly $25,000. That's the highest amount raised in five years of hosting this annual event!
"From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank our co-chairs Amy Colvin and Jennie Tavares for their above and beyond commitment to this event every year," relayed Greg Kerns, PA President. "And to our fundraising board members Elizabeth Pietrusza and Lisa Downey! We all fought hard to make this event a success for the school."
The generous donations and support received directly help students succeed intellectually, emotionally, and socially throughout their futures as part of our community.
