AFTERSCHOOL ENRICHMENT
CLUBS AT ST. BENEDICT’S

Registration for Spring 2024 Clubs will be open from November 15th to January 5th

We have a fun line-up of new clubs and old favorites to offer for Spring. Be sure to also take a look at our Athletic offerings for additional after-school activities.

CLUB INFORMATION AND POLICIES

 

CLUB CALENDAR

  • Clubs begin the week of January 17th and end by May 2nd. Please reference the clubs calendar above for your student’s club schedule based on the day of the week your student’s club takes place. 

SNACKS

  • Please provide your child with a snack for each day they attend club.

TIMES & PICK-UP
 

PRESCHOOL CLUBS: 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.

  • Park in the reserved parking spaces by the Stingers Squad door and use PikMyKid to announce your arrival.  Your child will be brought to meet you at the Courtyard Door.
     

KINDERGARTEN CLUBS: 2:20 P.M. – 3:20 P.M.

  • Park in the reserved parking spaces by the Stingers Squad door and use PikMyKid to announce your arrival.  Your child will be brought to meet you at the Courtyard Door.
     

1st – 4th GRADE CLUBS: 3:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.

  • Please display your carpool number on your rearview mirror and follow the usual carpool route around the back of the building. Use PikMyKid to announce your arrival.
     

5th – 8th GRADE CLUBS: 3:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.

  • Please display your carpool number on your rear-view mirror and follow the usual carpool route around the back of the middle school building (South Campus) up to the front door. Use PikMyKid to announce your arrival. Your child will come out of the front door.

WAITLIST

  • If a Club is full, you may opt to join the waitlist. However, please note that typically there is very little movement in Club registrations. We recommend that you register for a backup Club if your first choice Club is waitlisted and you know that you need your student to be in a Club on a particular day.

  • PAYMENTS AND FEES
    • Extended daycare may be paid in full at the time of registration or divided into 4 equal payments (monthly). 

    • Monthly payments will be drafted to the payment method on file, in advance, with the first payment due on August 15, 2023, and the last payment due on November 15, 2023.

    • There is a $5.00 processing fee due at the time of registration.

    • Any registered student who remains after their scheduled pickup time will be charged $15.00 per hour for the extended time.  

    • Any registered student that remains after 6:00 pm will be charged $1.00 per minute for the extended time.  

    • If you have an emergency and need emergency care, and have called or emailed ahead of time to arrange this with Stingers Squad, then the charge will be $15.00 per hour of time in extended daycare.  

    • We understand that emergencies do happen which could make you unable to pick up your student on time.  However, please keep in mind that our staff are scheduled to leave at 6:00 pm.  Any time a student remains after 6:00 pm, it may place a hardship on our staff.

  • UNEXPECTED CLOSURE 
    • In order to guarantee staff continuity, should Stingers Squad need to close at any time for 10 days or less, no refunds will be issued.  This will allow our students to return to the same Stingers Squad staff they had during the time of closure.

    • If Stingers Squad remains closed beyond 10 consecutive business days, scheduled payments will be put on hold.  If applicable, refunds will be issued at 100% for the period of time after the 10 consecutive days to the end of the prepaid period.  Refunds are issued only if the unused days exceed 30 full days (which is the basis for any proration).

    • Should Stingers Squad reopen, payments will be reactivated and prorated according to the remaining time left in the semester.

  • CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

    • There are no cancelations and/or refunds once before/after care begins on August 15, 2023.

    • Once the semester has begun, if you want to change the specific days your child attends but not the overall number of days in a week, one change per semester is allowed without an additional charge.  Afterward, regardless of the change, any additional changes will be billed a $25.00 fee per change.

    • If you need to make a change to your schedule, you must get written permission from the Stingers Squad Director 72 hours prior to the effective date of the change.  This allows us to guarantee appropriate student/caregiver ratios.

    • No refund or credit will be given for early pick-up or unused days.
