We believe track and field is a sport for everyone. No experience is necessary to join. With a wide variety of events, from sprints to distance running, jumping, and throwing, every student has the opportunity to discover their strengths and improve their athletic ability.

Track and field is also a great way to build speed, endurance, and overall fitness, which benefit athletes in every sport. Most importantly, it offers a fun and supportive environment where students can set goals, challenge themselves, and celebrate their achievements. Our Track and Field program is open to students in 4th through 8th grade.
